Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LINE FRIENDS characters, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original accessories and character tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
